The
CZ1035D Explosion Proof Fixed Camera is ONVIF compliant, allowing seamless
integration with a wide range of third-party VMS platforms and NVRs. This
ensures the camera will meet the customer’s requirement for interoperability
and standardised communication protocols.
Compatibility
with DAHUA Recorder:
Yes, the
camera will work with a DAHUA recorder. Since the camera uses standard ONVIF
protocol, it can integrate with DAHUA (and other major brands such as
Milestone, Genetec, Hikvision, etc.) for both live viewing and recording
functionality.
Network Connection Types
NVR (Network Video Recorder) has a VGA output port that you can use to connect a monitor directly, so you can view live/recorded video locally from the NVR. It’s only for display, not for camera data transmission.
The VGA connection is completely separate from the fibre network. VGA is just video output from the NVR to a monitor, so it has nothing to do with fibre connectivity or IP network traffic.
The cameras (or remote sites) are connected via fibre optic cable into a network switch. Fibre is used for long-distance, high-bandwidth transmission.
The switch is then connected to the NVR via Ethernet (copper or fibre depending on setup). This is how the NVR receives the camera video streams over the IP network.
In Short:
VGA = monitor output from NVR (local viewing).
Fibre = carries camera network data to the switch.
Switch = distributes network traffic.
NVR = records/controls IP cameras and sends video out to the monitor via VGA (or HDMI)
